(NYSE: FDC) today announced that First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard has renewed its agreement with the company for credit card processing services. Under the terms of the long-term contract extension, First Data will continue to provide comprehensive card processing services, including statement production and mailing and plastics personalization, for First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard's 4.3 million cardholders.
